If you've ever been to Magistrate Court, the look and feel very much resemble an emergency room. Magistrate Court is the emergency room of the judicial system. having been a police officer for 25 years, I've maintained the sense of urgency that job requires. During my 1st year, I cleaned up a backlog of old cases and since then my motto has been, "No dusty files." I've worked hard to operate an open, honest and efficient courtroom. If it's starting early or staying late, I'll do whatever it takes to meet that standard. Slow justice is no justice. You want government that works and works for you! It's been a privilege to serve you and I've never forgotten that the primary reason governments were formed was for the protection of its citizens.
